I was asked by a biologist when I caught my 13/10 back in the day why I did not turn it in to share a lunker . I told him I did not want a hundred boats on the lake I was fishing .LOL

Triploid grass carp fiasco.....multiple lakes, but most notably Conroe and Purtis Creek
Fairfield State Park....completely mishandled
Sharelunker program.....you check for a fishing license via computer at the very beginning of the conversation if someone calls to report at catch with desire to hand it over
Carpet bombing of herbicide on multiple lakes....most notably Murvaul and Purtis Creek

Coming from states where they have nothing that compares to TPWD, I think they do a good job.
