Snowed here last night. Going to be an interesting day.

There is actually a blizzard warning for Beaumont and Southern Louisiana.

Blizzard warning in Lafayette la, first one ever. We may get a small amount of sleet here tomorrow, and we are on the freeze/no freeze line. Just to our north in Gainesville roads are predicted to get slick and icy. Farther north but still in Florida, I10 may become impassable in spots. Stupid winter

We got a wonderful small layer of graupel.

We got nada in Temple.

15 mile SE of Galveston in the brand new Gulf of America it is blowing sleet and snow!!

And yet the schools, USPS and banks will manage to open.

Good thing we stocked up on some viddles yesterday. If it snows or sleets here, which it did, we can't (won't) get off the hill. Our road is on about a 7% grade and dead ends into a neighbors house. Steep roads + ice = chili frito pies and some pulled pork today!

I got a lot of sleet during the night with some snow maybe 1". There are still some flakes falling.

That is crazy. I woke up this morning and heard the blizzard warning for Lake Charles. I was all like "wha?" they don't get this down there! I guess they do now.
