Cowboys aren't really that close to either Philly or Washington.
Washington is going to be a problem for a while best qb in the East and it's not even close.
Philly with Barkley is pretty dang good. Both seem to have good coaching.
Dallas has ALOT of work to do to get into the conversation with Washington and Philly.
