I have no idea what you're talking about, I like the guy, i think he's funny and he is a good fisherman.

What’s absolutely hilarious is the amount of people that believe his [censored]. Guy posts two fish yesterday that look like idk 8 pounders maybe but if you look closely and have half a brain you can tell he’s in his old phoenix. Well, now he’s in an icon. Guess he figured it out that people caught on and the photo got quickly deleted. Dang. Barrett you’re correct. It is his old boat from about 2 years ago.

Not a FaceBook guy, but my brother sent me this. Why is it that a certain demographic insist on saying, "I'm not a Facebook person," as if it’s some kind of affliction or mental block? Wouldn’t it be more honest for them to say, "I’m just stubborn, uninformed, and struggle to keep up with how communication has evolved with technology"? Douglas, looks like I SHOULD hop on Facebook so I can be as informed as you….. With fake pics and posts.  I think I’ll just stay stubborn and keep struggling to keep up.

Dan I would say it IS boastful, nobody would boast without backing it up, boasting isn't necessary but it feeds his ego and probably helps his business. Can't fault him for having an ego, plenty of that these days. Like you said, he catches big fish. I've become a big fan, I understand his personality, and he is clearly a top tier big bass angler. I wish he put out more content Man have you made this obvious lately. I sometimes wonder if you're him you fan boy so hard

I'll add JJ to the long list of people whom I am not. I don't use instagram, facebook, tick tok, slapface, and the like so the only bits of bass fishing drama I see are either on here or youtube. I've taken the time to listen to some podcasts with JJ. He seems to have carved out his own little place in the fishing industry, and he's doing what he seems to enjoy. There is no denying that he is very capable of catching bass, Nobody is dictating where I go fishing. I've never been to OH Ivie, and probably never will, there are plenty of lakes that offer big fish to catch. I'll go to the ones I want, not the ones that someone on facebook is promoting. Since apparently we are here to share opinion, what is your opinion Frank The Tank, what do you think of JJ?
