I would say it IS boastful, nobody would boast without backing it up, boasting isn't necessary but it feeds his ego and probably helps his business. Can't fault him for having an ego, plenty of that these days. Like you said, he catches big fish. I've become a big fan, I understand his personality, and he is clearly a top tier big bass angler.

What’s absolutely hilarious is the amount of people that believe his [censored]. Guy posts two fish yesterday that look like idk 8 pounders maybe but if you look closely and have half a brain you can tell he’s in his old phoenix. Well, now he’s in an icon. Guess he figured it out that people caught on and the photo got quickly deleted.

Yep that’s the photo he deleted after adding a caption “I’m not gonna fillet these two”. Now if you look at his fb the post is gone claiming he caught them yesterday and instead he put it as his wall paper with an edited rainbow background not showing it’s out of his old boat. It’s comical and so easy to see through.

Present pics I could agree with, last years pics acting like they are current is misleading. I’d assume guys willing to pay his fee would want more current pics and not something from years back. If they are older pics it tells me he ain’t catching current or he would post current pics.

I think JJ is posting giving the impression that they are new pics, like “look at me, I’m out here at ivie, come book me, I’m on them” if they are old pics, they’re irrelevant, people will want new pics new info on the fishing now, not last year

I guess I was just saying if I had a pic of myself with two fish like that (and I think they're bigger than 8lbers...ha) I'd probably show it to people as well. Regardless of when they were caught! But yeah, agreed, it's not cool to say "look what I did yesterday come book with me", when it was a year prior. Hopefully people do their homework before booking with any guide tho

Overworked 2020 drooling about another man is very unbecoming. You telling us that it's OK to completely mislead us on his post says everything i need to know about you.
