I have no trouble catching fish on the invader head where I live here in Ca. One of lakes I fish we have standing timber bushy trees fairly good size brush piles and rock and rock piles. Use them in 6 to 40 of water year around in all the structure mention above. I use them in all sizes in 8 or 10 different colors they work for me. In the warmer months they work real good for me.

Question on the Invader and Toad Thumper. The design reminds me of some old-school grass jigs. How do they work in wood? I know a lot of hang-ups are because of the fisherman. With that said, I'm trying to avoid retying all day long.

The Toad Thumper Juggernaut works very well in all types of cover. I make the majority of my own jigs but after using the Juggernaut I find myself using it the majority of the time now. It has one of the best jig hooks I've seen. The hookup ratio is excellent and they stayed hooked. I have no ties to them whatsoever and zi buy mine like everyone else does but I personally feel like it's the best production jig I've ever used. Just my own thoughts.

Boss is discounting the invader jig heads I was told today. Bummer they said they may have left over unpainted heads 1 & 1.5 oz heads left. Time to go get them if they have some left.

Gambler makes some bad a's and make sure your rod is stout

When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. And mostly what I should have done differently my last trip!
