Where would they go, up the creeks? On the south end of Palestine , they will school in deep water for a while. On the north end , they will move up the creeks. In late January , early February, you can catch them in 30 ft in the south , 3 ft of water in the far north on the same day. I am no expert , but I have fished the lake for 40 years . still have not figured them out completely . good luck Mo

Good looking crappie Mo!  Only fished that lake once, and I like it. Hope that marina has recovered from the terrible storm last year.
