Fished today from 11;30 - 2;15 with Billy Seaman. Found fish at the 1st place we stopped and never moved. Best depth was 21' Billy used a cc sla and I used a CC slab with what I call a cheater. An 1/8 oz chartreuse maribou crappie jig about a foot above slab. Ironically Billy did not catch a single undersized sandbass ( a few under hybrids ) While I caught 5 unders, Even more strange I caught 7 fish that were hooked in the eye.. a few small yellows and 1 keeper yellow.
