It doesn’t matter as long as Jerry is in control. This. Im.not a big McCarthy fan. His game management can be frustrating as a fan. I just think they could find a better coach but it would not matter because if Jerry. I read ahood article the other day that said Herry is so stuck in the past and his old way of doing things that nothing will matter until he changes. He allows a loose soft a team culture. I'd love to see Vrabel here but it wouldn't happen and Jerry would screw it up if he was here. This until there is a overhaul at the top, no need to change anything below the top

McCarthy has had his chance to excel. Not totally his fault (Booger Jones I & II are the man culprits) but Cows need to find a coach that might be able to overcome the management. (Won't be easy) ![[Linked Image]](https://thumbs.dreamstime.com/z/d-people-man-person-kicked-out-door-30048179.jpg)

I read ahood article the other day that said Herry is so stuck in the past and his old way of doing things that nothing will matter until he changes. He allows a loose soft a team culture.
It’s what I been saying for a long time, Cowboys have a terrible culture, because of Jerry, call it soft, not sure one word can describe it. $ culture, glitz, endorsements…and everyone bows to Jerry when he flys into practice in his helicopter, he is in charge, not the HC. He has improved a little bit. At least he is not on the side line any more “coaching up” players. What a joke that was.

I don’t know why a top trier head coach would want to coach Dallas. Jerry is way too over bearing. No way are you getting a top tier coach in that building right now.

I would leave on my own accord Yep McCarthy should tell Jerry and the Cowboys to pound sand and walk away. He'd have another job in a short time. Maybe a new voice might be good for the team as well.

Jerry is the problem. He gets too involved and doesn't let the staff manage their teams. He should go on his own accord so he can find a team that actually allows him to coach.

Jerry makes the team a circus sideshow. Instead of worrying about football, he’s worried about tours through his practice facility, stadium and other team promotions. All of this takes away from what should be important and that’s winning games.
Many former players have brought this up. They’d be at the practice facility for a workout, treatment, team meeting, etc, but there would also be fan tours going on throughout the facility at the same time. It’s a huge distraction to players and coaches, but it’s money in Jerry’s pocket. The Jones family is 100% the problem, there is no question about it.

You ever notice how former star players with other teams remain close to their team and in some cases work with the team in various roles? You rarely see stars Aikman, Emmitt, Irvin etc at the games are in the suites etc. You don't see them coming out and talking to the team and such like you do on other good programs. I get that some have other media obligations but there seems to be a disconnect from the outside looking in. Aikman and Irvin have been critical of decisions that Jerry has made so that might have something to do with it as well.

Jerry is in the Tom Landry phase of life. The game has passed him by. Landry needed to go, but not the way they did him.

Until the death of Jerry Jones it doesn't matter. Cowboy fans are stuck with this, and probably even the same results from Steven. Gonna be a long, long time for some Glory Hole coming to this franchise.
