Haven’t skunked in a long time. Why do we do this to ourselves?

It happens. Sometimes I get out there and everything works. The next time, I can't buy a fish.

To top things off my AHRS stabilization went wonky on me today…I also bought this last November. Hopefully I get the same treatment as you!

BTW - check out the lack of fishing reports on this site. Fishing is hard sometimes.

Garmin's customer service was awesome. A few tips to help before you call. Make sure the most recent update is installed and calibrate the compass. Then take a photo showing what software is installed and a short video of it acting up. If they warranty it they will want this before they can process the claim. They also have an expedite service where you can pay a $500 deposit and they will ship one immediately. They will credit back the $500 when you ship the old one back to them.

Fished a tournament yesterday and everyone was catching fish. It rained for hours , and the fish bit most of the day.
Winter fishing has not set in here yet. Once it sets in, I expect to get skunked most trips.
