Huh? I've been up since 4:30. I have an old dog myself. He doesn't have much time left. I seriously feel for the Op.

Sleepy Joe is a common nickname for Biden.

Man that's a bummer. He has been a fixture here for years. I always stop and share a cheeseburger with mine when we take the last ride. It never gets easier.

He passed peacefully. We did the right thing. I will miss him. I tried to share some Cheeze-it’s with him last night but he wouldn’t eat them. Those were his favorites. That let me know for sure it was time.

Sorry for your loss Mud. Oskar is in a better place and feels so much better now.

I had to put Max down April 11, 2024. Sometimes the correct decision is the hardest decision to make. Oskar the dog may be gone, but Oskar the memories will live forever.

I had to put my last two dogs down. We've not got another because of how hard it is.

As hard as it was to put him down, it will be nice not have the house smell like dog pee. Those last few months were rough.

Sorry for your loss Mudshark, it’s never an easy choice or action putting your best friend down. Sounds like the pup lived a loved and happy life, that’s the best we can do for our pups.

I dig through the many photos of my lost pup when I’m down, it helps me remember the good times and forget the not so good times at the end.

I've also learned the size of the dog is irrelavent. I've had large and small and the best one I ever had was our 4# yorkie. She was perfect in every way.
