Sorry to hear. He had a good run. I thought he was older 5han 13. The song said he was born in 2010. There is an on going debate on when he was born. I still say he was born in 2010 but his Christmas stocking says otherwise. I don’t know, but I’m going with what Bob said when made the song. Best gift I can ever remember. Thanks Bob This makes me smile every time I hear it- RIP Oscar- Danny, I have no Idea how many times that I have viewed this video in the last 10 or so yrs. smiled every time. So sorry to hear about Oscar. I had to put two down this year with the same problems. I sat up the night before with them as they walked in circles and fell down. One almost 17 and the other a few days short of 16.
It hurts but it is the right thing to do.

The steam roller known as life has me buying more catfood for the opossums. I need to catch a joey. Rub him with a dirty t-shirt until he has my scent. Then again, where do opossums poop?
But like all critters. Dog, cat, whatever. Once you take it to heart. You get to experience being human..

Thanks everyone. It was another very long night and I’m beat. Neither one of us slept very much. The vet is going to slip us in at 10:40. I’m going to miss him but we can’t do another night like last night.
