It's raining right now, no chance whatsoever of a White Christmas. This is my primary grievance as of right now, We got a light hail storm within the last hour and I told the kids it was a white Christmas. Trying to look on the bright side.

Rain is mostly always welcome (especially when in-laws are in the house and leaving to go fishing isn’t a sane option)

My daughter-n-law broke our Christmas eve tradition... we lost Xmas eve to her family (her dad). And Xmas day to her family(her mom), We suffer because her parents couldn't stay together:  ..Sitting at home with a sulking wife tonight. I hope Santa brings my son a "set" so I don't go through this next year..... Oh, me and the misses got into it, Because I was going to put my foot down and let everyone know THIS AINT happening next year.

I showed an extraordinary feat of strength today as great grandma ripped one walking by me. I was sitting on the sofa, about head high to her thundering rear. My daughter looked over at me with a look of fear. My son mistakenly accused someone across the room. I was able to gather my strength together and wade through the mess and safely leave the room.

Unless you had to hit the floor and do the fireman’s crawl it probably wasn’t all that bad
