Spam is amazing if cooked correctly. It is way high in sodium, so keep that in mind. Our favorites are:
Spam Musubi (fried Spam placed on top of rice and rolled w/ seaweed)
Spam and eggs
Spam fried rice Low sodium Spam is great.

The five years I lived in Indonesia we were served a whole lot of that stuff. At first I didn’t like it, but in no time at all I learned to hate it. This is the correct answer!   Deviled Ham is much better

I still love a good fried Spam sandwich, Deviled Ham sandwich is great too!. My wife will not touch either of them, she doesn't know what she's missing!

I keep a couple of cans in the boat with some other stuff no one else likes. Found memories eating that kinda stuff out night fishing with dad when I was a kid...
