Hopkins County Locker in Sulphur Springs sell real good jalapeño and cheese summer sausage. A 15 inch stick is $12. We eat it all year.

Every Christmas my Dad would make the best cheese rolls for all the family members. He passed a few years ago and I surely miss him, but I will always remember his cheese rolls.

My grandson and I hit up Fischer's in Muenster the other day for some summer sausage and cheese on our way back from the Nokona baseball glove factory on Nocona. Good stuff and a great day.

I made my sisters famous cheese ball last night. And Sausage balls. both turned out great.
the cheese ball is a simple recipe , cream cheese , chopped green onion, diced dried beef slices , Garlic powder , celery salt , and seasoned salt.
I added some Slap Yo Mama this year.
