SE “bbq” is terrible. That map is a joke.

Texas and North Carolina are correct. Hawaii and California have really good BBQ as well. Santa Maria tri tip is excellent

Alabama is the country’s absolute WORST “bbq” followed closely by Florida and Georgia.

ding dong your wrong, hill country BBQ is the best

Negative, the brothers in east Texas do it correctly

Pretty sure there's a BBQ joint off the beaten path, undiscovered by hipsters reporting on BBQ joints, that serves up some of the best BBQ in Texas.

Im exactly opposite of you. It’s Texas first, then Memphis style. North Carolina for 3rd. Everyone else can just be thrown together as the same….just okay, nothing special.

Texas has the best BBQ smoked beef. Any southern state beats Texas on smoked pig, especially Tennessee, in particular, Memphis. Bank on it yank .

Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

The best bbq always comes from a pit, always. Never really needed a reason to find a better way to cook beef other than frying or searing. Grilling is ok. Who the heck wants to taste smoke or syrup tasting meat?

A pit over hickory coals gives plenty of flavor without tasting like an ash tray, Memphis/st Louis, buccees so called bbq is on par with a quality boiled hot dog with maple syrup. Everyone knows you don’t put high fructose ketchup on hot dogs only mustard.

Real bbq is no different.

True for most people. You cook it exactly how you like it.

At midnight, if you stand in front of a mirror and say Kentucky three times; a crack ho will knock on your door.
