I pay one person one now, the rest get gift cards. I used to pay more but times are hard.

I get quarterly profit sharing and it works out where I got a good check 2 weeks ago. So it feels like a Christmas bonus.
Next four years and beyond should be spectacular now that the green new f’d up deal is in the rear view mirror.

We get an actual Christmas bonus but it's fairly small. We also get a longevity bonus that can get pretty big and a performance bonus that hits at the same time as the Christmas bonus.

They gave us a Topgolf hat with a Christmas theme... that was about it.

There will be a nice party in January though. I mean really nice party. We go all out on parties. We do it in January as being in hospitality December is a very busy time, no time for a party in December. January is a slow month so we do it then.

At one of our annual conferences, Boeing rents out the entire 3rd floor of topgolf to schmooze the airline folks. Open bar and catered food. It’d been a nice bonus if I could’ve taken the cash value of all the booze I drank at this year’s!!

I got today off because they shut off the electricity to our building so they could repair the lines due to an issue at a new dorm they are building. Does that count?

We get a longevity bonus us in early December. It's $7-8 per month of employment. I'm happy to get it. No complaints here.

We get longevity pay that is distributed the first pay period in December. $5 for every month of service. After almost 25 years here, it is becoming decent.

Starting in 2025 our bonuses will be standardized/structured based on job title where they were discretionary before. Being that I'm barely into my 2nd year I hadn't received one yet but then we got a little surprise Christmas bonus last week. It was a nice surprise and we'll still be getting the standardized bonuses come April.

When I was working, Profit sharing was a big deal, and bonuses in the form of stock options were given at review time. Based on merit and performance. It was good.

I get an bonus every 6 months, but no Christmas bonus. I look at like it's free money they don't have to give me.
