I have always wanted to catch Bass Fish from a power plant lake.

Is there any good areas to find them without giving up your honey holes and what baits should I use?

Also, what is the best area to launch from?

Thanks!

I’m assuming you know it will have to be by kayak or small John boat?

Stop by the Kountry Korner and pick up some gold/black DB3’s from one of the Shultz family. When you get to the ramp access gate shack talk to Thomas and he will give you some areas for big fish. Stay out all night and be ready every time the train crosses the bridge. Good luck. thumb

You might want to bring a machete so that you can punch on thru the thick stuff at the bridge embankment!
roflmao but it’s worth the effort! roflmao

What kind of vegetation is that? Its been on the lake a couple years. There's some of it showing up on Sandlin.
