So you dip them in the flour first? Then what is the liquid mix? Then in the Panko? Then the freezer. What is the liquid? Thanks

Looks great! I would make some homemade cocktail sauce to go with it.
Cocktail sauce Catchup a little white sugar as much horse radish as you like stir it all together
just trying to catch a fish

Cocktail sauce Catchup a little white sugar as much horse radish as you like stir it all together I prefer tartar sauce with fried shrimp and red sauce with boiled. I`ll make the red sauce when my grandson eats with us and it`s good for a change. I have no idea where I got my red sauce recipe, but I`ve been making it like this for over 40 years. Ketchup Horseradish Worcestershire sauce Yellow mustard Black pepper Garlic powder
