Even tho I am old and fat, since my son has started wrestling, BJJ, and all things fighting I have picked up some tricks. I think I would have practiced on the drunk guy. Im tired of practicing on my 15 year old Bruce Lee living at home.

Called and spoke with the lady owner I've dealt with in the past. She said her husband died a couple years ago so the guy differently is not her husband and she apologized for it happening. She said they would clean up my lot and not to worry about it. She spoke mostly about the new rules the water district is putting on parks and park models will be killing most of the parks in a couple years.
So for any of you that own park models in a park on Fork you might start looking for other options.

They kept everything immaculate as well. Miss talking with him as well. He would stop by and visit for a bit if he was out and about in the park. I hated to hear of his passing when it happened. If we ever put another 5th wheel out there we would look at spots in that park probably.
