Was moving my rv from a lot on Fork to my sister's land yesterday. Was a huge pain getting the 3 slides back in and getting all 4 tires off so we could get them aired up and back rolling. While driving out i'm pulling my kayak and trailer and bil was pulling the rv I needed to stop at the trash area. This park has gravel and windy roads, it's hard to go over 15mph without a trailer. I was going 9mph and stopped in the trash area and got out of my truck. Some guy walks around the far building(about 30-40 yards away) and was yelling something, he kept walking towards me and I finally hear him yelling, "I told you to slow down". I said excuse me and he repeated I told you to slow down. I informed him I was going 9mph which is under their limit of 10mph. At this point he's nearly to me holding a beer in one hand and waving his other arm said " I didn't ask how fast you were driving I told you to slow down". I looked at him like he was crazy so he walked up into my space and said do you have a problem we can settle it and puffed up his chest, he had blood shot eyes and reeked of beer. Now I've NEVER been one to back down and damn sure not when I haven't done anything wrong. But when my BIL and sister with me and trying to get the rv moved before it got dark I decided it best to just walk away. The entire time I was trying to get into my truck he kept trying to rile me up but I kept my cool and drove away. BTW he said he was one of the owners of the property but I've never dealt with him before, only an older lady at her house on the property and one of her sons whom does most of the work around it. I should go back to the lot and do a little cleaning up and leaving it good order but I'm afraid if I do go back and that guy says anything else I won't be such an good out standing citizen and walk/drive away. My sister and il did go back this AM for a few more cinder blocks etc we couldn't get yesterday. She asked me not to call the lady and inform her of what happened until they got there and were gone. So my big ? is would you even call the lady or just let it go? I doubt I would ever rent a lot from the again due to a coupe other minor issues, one being they are so worried about paying for water they will drive over and turn the water off to your trailer if they think you're using too much or you have a toilet running and not even tell you or leave a note. This happened once while I was out fishing, came back and didn't know they turned water off and I took a shower and well we all know you can't without water. Sorry for the long rant, I'm still a little worked up about it.

Find peace with the fact that you were the better man and let it go. Don't let it ruin your days to come. After all, he'll still just be a drunk a hole.

I didn't think posting the place would be a good idea, and might be against the rules here. Pm and I'll say that way.

Ever since the china plague the iq of people have been dropping. Not by a little. Especially on the road. Window licking morons are everywhere and every single one of them is looking for a scrape.
You did the right thing, you’re never gonna see that drunk moron again. You have the internet, use it. Name the place to provide a service that someone you might actually like doesn’t make the mistake of going there.
