Sure look good 2 small fully cooked chicken breast shredded Fiesta Fajita seasoning 1-Tbs. Cumin 2-tsp Garlic powder 1-tsp Chili powder 2-tsp Chopped green chilies- 1 small can or substitute 2-3 Chipotle peppers and Adobo sauce. Sharp cheddar cheese - shredded Finely chopped onion 3-Tbs. All measurements are estimates but fairly accurate. Adjust to your taste. Use a toothpick to hold 2 together and fry till done. Enjoy.
