I’m in better shape at 63 than I was at 45.
My energy level start d falling off drastically at 60 and I gained weight way to fast. Two years ago the wife and I joined a gym and started working out 3 days a week for an hour or so.
It makes you young again.
Lots of good life to live after 60.

Happy birthday!

Yes, 60 is the new 40.

70 appears to be a time of change?

This is the key, exercise.

After you get to 60, you will find a lot more reasons to sit down for long periods.

It’s easy to lose muscle and gain fat as you age.

At 63 I really don't feel old... I still do a lot of physical work around the house... Enjoy your day... Dan balloons
