Key to success. Limited, tasty, well priced menu items, efficient service, clean facilities, and employees you can understand the first time.

Most efficient service in the industry . . . by far !

"Chick-fil-A is good, but it's not good enough to wait through that line, efficient or not."
Well apparently it IS good enough to wait. There were 100 vehicles in line!

They are good, but, for the money I would rather have Braum's crispy chicken regular or spicy.

From time to time growing up, I would end up at the Heartland Mall in Brownwood where the Chick-fil-A people were passing out samples of their nuggets. I thought that was the best chicken in the universe as a kid.

I love their concept, organization, execution and staff. The actual product? Not so much.

Its fine, my family is nutz about it. Maybe I'm getting old but I can take it or leave it. I give them credit for being super consistent and they have reinvented the game at making a long drive thru line move fast and maximizing sales without really increasing their footprint.

Tried the pimento pepper honey chicken sandwich last night - good stufff. And I’m a fan of the peppermint shake. Negative - two sandwiches, two fries, two shakes = $27

I prefer KFC original wings but the one local is out of them about 50 percent of the time I go... they have a tiny drive thru that you cant get out once youve placed your order. then when you get to window to pay they tell you they dont have wings, or they dont have the side you asked for, or sometimes they just replace the wings with breasts and dont even tell you... it happens so often I just tell them never mind, I will go to Chik Filet right across the street and get exactly what I ordered.
