Depends on his quarterback. Cowboys will be in QB purgatory for the next 4-5 years.
Any coach that agrees to Jerry's offer will not be a good coach in Dallas.
We have entered a part two Gailey/Campo five year stretch of the doldrums.

I still believe Dak could win with a great defense and running game, that will take some fantastic drafting and Jerry breaking out the credit card for some free agents, not to mention staying out of the new coaches way, its a long shot but there is a chance.
