We fished the Devils River Saturday evening (11-2-24). It was windy, but nice. It kept us cool. It also drizzled a little on us, but it didn't last long.
We caught gasper gous, and white bass in 16fow. We caught lmbs, a channel catfish, blue catfish, a flat head and crappie in standing timber.






We caught 33 fish and kept 21 crappie. All fish caught on JIGLYF jigs

So you really caught 54 fish...that just sounds better...nice solid day either way...

It does sound better, but no. We kept 21 out if the 33 fish we caught. We count the crappie we keep in the basket with the orange counter. If the GW comes by and asks us how many are in the basket we can just show him the counter😃.
