I remember Lefty Kreh saying he truly liked the Eastern US more than the Western US. I think he knew what he was talking about. That said, a major "gear-get" for these guys.

This one's not pretty, but makes ME think ... I drive a lot too, and now I am waiting for parts to get back on the road. I only have 290-thousand on my Toyota, and 500 is just down the road!

So I really didn't want to pimp this thread, but okay. I have a few regular channels I dig. I am sure you have a few too! Here is my short list of YouTube Channels that I watch, and WARNING! - one is not a dedicated "fly" channel.

Thanks for sharing, Shannon. I have watched many of the Mill House shows, always good, and worth the time. The Mad River YouTube's have given me plenty of constructive info about what I'm not doing right in flycasting. His interviews with Flip Pallot have always been enlightening. I'm a great fan of Alvin Dedeaux! I love his "quick & dirty" guide flies videos. Hope he gets it back together, after his big loss. The only Huge Fly Caster video I have seen is the one you posted and it was ten minutes of whining. Maybe I need to watch a few more. The ORVIS videos have been instructive, usually. I'm not and will never be their "target market" customer. When I go in their store, near me, I never leave with a feeling that they appreciated my business, or cared if I ever came back. I DO really enjoy the "movie channel" posts that you do. Many have no relation to my situation, but the producers always do a great job. The Arkansas film you posted was really. good. Wow, could that lady cast a fly line! Anyway, some of us are watching and listening to you. I finally caught a snook(not on fly), so my next-to-last bucket list item is catching a Red(or really any fish) on fly. Our friend Jim got me on his poling platform, casting, but the bite was off that day. Never a bad day fishing in the LLM! IslandJim in Rockport
