I defer this question to WAWI...  1 more...... I dont care that you no habla pinche english..... the ramp and courtesy dock is for launching boats not fishing. I encountered this recently with some of our newcomers.  I thanked them a half a dozen times for reeling in their lines and backing off while I loaded my boat.

I will say at the first BFL seen alot fewer lights on at the ramp, a few Dodges still had em on, but I know a few MYs they could not turn them off.
