Wife said you don't need teef for this beef. She said it melts in your mouth.

Used wagyu tallow for a binder. Smoked a half a cup of wagyu tallow overnight in the smoker starting at 7:30pm and used it to wrap in butcher paper.
Pulled it at 9am and let it rest until 1:45 pm. Sure cut up easy.
