We headed out to the Devils River in search of crappie. We found some along the dam down in about 50 fow bouncing jigs off the bottom. We caught a few crappie out in open water suspended in 10 fow. We also fished some standing timber in 40 fow, the crappie were suspended down about 15 ft, so were the lmb, white bass and stripers. We caught a few of them too.

Crappie and friends all caught using JIGLYF jigs. The crappie came home with us and the rest were released to swim another day.
