Did a little research. I would say $200 per s/ft for the Magnolia area. That’s the upper end of my budget for the house only- no site work. I could stomach that. For 500 a foot I’ll just not do it at all.. I gotta call some more builders. It's just money I can vacation in a similar home in the same town for 2 weeks a year for the next 130ish years…not sure it’s worth it at these crazy prices. Are they building these houses out of tater tots?😆
