Thank God Prune juice works for me. Best of luck in finding some relief Spags. Lot's of things will help a little. One of the suggestions was a mixture of really warm prune juice and milk of magnesia. Oooooof that's a horrible combo.

What about these colon flush clinics that are all the rage with the hippies on the west coast? I think there are a few in the big cities around here. I know next to nothing about them, but I think they hook you up to a garden hose or something and do an industrial class enema. Yeah they are places in DFW that do them but I don't smoke weed... HAHA. Ive looked into them but they just all seem like shifty places. What's shifty about a place that allows someone to stick a garden hose in your [censored] and turn it on?

If you had a bidet you could lube that log up if it’s trying to come out sideways and let it flume on out.

If you had a bidet you could lube that log up if it’s trying to come out sideways and let it flume on out. Lube wont hurt but probably Isn’t going to help much, it has to be the size of a calf by now. Chains and a tractor are the only thing pulling that out.
