If you haven't done it already, consider searching on the internet and in person at fly fishing shops for some Sporting Good shops, to get an idea of what you might like. The larger merchandisers like Amazon and Walmart might carry some and they will have ratings by actual users, on the pros and cons. That might be more useful than a few opinions on a forum..
