Number 11 is non existent against the run. The offenses know the other 10 defenders can’t stop the run, so they just don’t run at 11. He can’t control where the play goes.

ONLY a huge drop off in attendance/revenue will get his attention. Even then he's not nearly football savvy enough to build anything of substance nor will he EVER cede control to someone who is.
