My Dad is now 92.
Back in 2012 or so, he was having medical issues, and "one" result was that his vagus nerve essential quit working. It died.

I believe it's a nerve that goes through the stomach and helps the stomach "churn" like churning butter in the old days.

When he ate food, it just sat there, and the stomach did not function as it should.

He had to take some over the counter medication called comulactose, or something like that.

Point is, start with the stomach and make sure it's all functioning properly.

Yeah I paid about 600 for my prescription when I took it a year ago. Think the dose was way lower. I don't want to keep taking it, I want to find the issue. Seems like I keep finding more and more people that just have a chronic issue with it.
