I don’t want to make anybody nervous, but my wife went through a long period of constipation. Had a colonoscopy, which showed no problem, but the issue remained. She insisted on a second colonoscopy, and a sharp eyed young doctor found a small cancer in her colon. That was removed and all appears well. If I had the OP’s problem, I’d have been at the doctor’s office and stayed there till somebody explained what the problem was and how to fix it.

As for my post-pain-drug constipation, The Bomb did fix the problem (coffee, prune juice, milk of magnesia, and maybe some other ingredient, and microwaved till warm). Didn’t fix it immediately, and I was beginning to think that this guaranteed fix wasn’t gonna work. But, oooo baby, it really got things going. Houston, we have liftoff!

CT Scan came back ok, bowl obstruction but not to the point of surgery. Have tried everything known to man at this point. 100% Blue Agave Tequila was suggested to me. Last night I tried (hate tequila btw) a double shot of whatever the guy at the Mexican recommended. Probably the most effective thing I have tried yet.

Besides tequila what's your go to for gut health with pro biotic?

Sorry you're going through this. I have the exact opposite problem, and I also wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I can gobble up Imodium like its candy and it stops me up for half a day; then I have a "normal" poo and then it's right back to the squirts. Still in the trial-and-error stage of hunting for relief. Recently started taking psyllium powder and it's showing promise, but the results are similar to Imodium where it gives me one normal poo and then reverts back. Yesterday was a bad day; one normal poo followed by about 6 or 7 less than normal ones. I was waddling like a duck after that last one. The pain is very real.

My tequila consumption is also medicinal only

At night when I lay down the pain increases a ton, I WISH I could swap out for the squirts. Because I feel like I have the squirts and can't.
