Ive been twice. Once with River Platte & once with Captain Peacock. Captain peacock was nice, little to fufu for me but nice. River Platte was great. This fishing was better with River Platte but that the luck of the draw
I took Revo Rockets 10;1 & Rocket Beast (9;1) & they worked fine
Take 2 pr of fishing gloves & some type of cushioning tape& band-aids for your your fingers you will need it
I took extra 65 & 80 pound power pro Quatro
I used Bass pro qualifier 3 pc travel rods 6;6" & 7'0". I broke 2 so having spares is a good idea
As stated drink lots & lots of water & take some powered electrolyte mixes. I think I drank 14 bottles a day with one or two with Pedialyte mixed in. never had any cramping.
Use lots of sunscreen & wear loose fitting lite clothing & wear a neck gator. The sun is brutal down there.
Take a dry bag or soothing to keep your Phone /camera from getting wet. It can rain daily

Have fun & catch a lot of fish

Two sets of fishing clothes are all you need. I nice lightweight but durable rain jacket is also needed. Good quality sunglasses and a wide brim floppy hat. Take sunscreen in small bottles and give any extras to the guides.

Don't think you have to fish every day all day. Its hard work and a half day rest will recharge you.
