That all looks excellent

Mine was Sausage, Potatoes and Onion finished with slices of Pepper Jack Cheese and drizzled with Sweet Baby Ray's in the microwave for 60 sec
to melt the cheese then caramelized the bbq sauce with my torch.

We had a gathering @ my son`s house for my granddaughter, who is going to college next week. I smoked a brisket, and we also had macaroni salad, cornbread salad, plain old salad, baked beans, baked potatoes, corn on the cob and peach cobbler with ice cream.

Why are you eating in your garage? A year ago I was up in Gloucester, MA and ate a fresh caught 1.5 lb lobster. I thought my tongue was going to slap my head silly.
