Not necessarily true. I was a Cowboys fan from the time I was old enough to know what football was. That goes back to Dandy Don, Don Perkins, Lance Rentzel, and Mike Gaechter. I lived and died with them through about 2015, so almost 50 years, but I can no longer stand Jerry Jones. I'll never root for his team as long as he is there.

My wife taught at Whitehouse High School when Patrick Mahomes was there. We have followed him from high school to Texas Tech and now the Chiefs. Now my favorite NFL teams are Kansas City and whoever is playing the Cowboys. I hope Jerry never wins another game.
