Butch have you gone total solar and electric truck charges by solar yet in protest of oil and gas production?

I believe most of the attention is on injection wells that can cause earthquakes. Oklahoma overhauled its rules on injection wells over it and in 2021 Texas halted new injection well permits for a time due to an uptick in earthquakes. What became of that? Did they limit or change the process in any way?
Texas first started looking at it in 2014 or 2015 I believe.

Yea don’t read the article I posted about they have been tracking earthquakes in Texas since the beginning army 1800s. Or the fact that inj action wells don’t get deep enough to cause damage. There are a lot of articles on fracking and inj cation causing earthquakes. It the facts are they have been happening here in Texas forever.
And Texas did not halt permits because of injection wells, they did so because they did not have the manpower during Covid available to process them. I know this for a fact.

It’s fair to say we don’t know.

Plenty of thorough studies in the 1950s through the 1980s performed at Duke, Virginia, UNC, Wake Forest and other Tobacco Road universities that consistently found no association or correlation between cancer and cigarettes/chew

I read what you said but I took what I've read about Oklahoma and Texas both to be more accurate.
What I meant about 2014 was that Texas took a critical look at the issue of a link between drilling and earthquakes.
Here is a 2014 article where the state proposed changing the rules because of earthquakes.
https://stateimpact.npr.org/texas/2014/10/28/responding-to-quakes-texas-passes-disposal-well-rules/

There are numerous articles about the states concern.
2021 and 2023

Somebody believes there is a causation affect. I believe that would include both Texas and Oklahoma.
