I can't seem to find an electric knife that I like. I'm thinking of going back to a regular filet knife but I can't seem to pull the trigger when I'm looking at them. I figured I'd come here and ask the question. It may or may not help but should be entertaining. I feel like this may be one of those subjects that elicits strong opinions.

So here goes... what type/brand/model is your favorite filet knife?

I have several 'Mora' knives. Fillet and scaling. Different sizes.

Look up Morakniv. Swedish made. Their fishing knives are stainless.

Thank you for the suggestion. They look like good quality knives.

I have an original wood handled Rapala that is somewhere between 30 and 50 years old. It is my favorite. I don't know if the new ones
are as good, but it is my favorite, It has filleted a gazillion fish. I touch it up each time on a set of crock sticks and use the worksharp on it
once a year.
I have tried others but they wind up in a drawer in the shop.

I like the old timer lithium ion or the American angler if you prefer a plug-in version. I also have the Bubba lithium and not a fan as the RPM's are too slow for my liking, and I clean a lot of fish.
