Now that I've had time to think on it a bit more (especially after reading the liver & onions thread), I will not eat chitlins. Have never had them and not gonna try them.

I’ve eaten crazy foods from all over the world. Horse, camel, whale, fugu….and there’s only 3 things I can’t stand.

Celery, raw onion, and sea urchin

Ordered chicken Mole' at a restaraunt in Port Lavaca. Tasted it, tried again. Nope can't do it.

There is nothing I would rather eat than oysters. I suppose the most commonly like thing I don't care for would be salmon or any fishy tasting fish.

Canned spinach!!! My mother would eat it with vinegar and make me sit there until I ate it. So nasty and I don't have to eat it anymore, I am grown!

I used to spend a few days a month at our plant in Mexico City. When we would eat out, the guys always wanted me to try Huitlacoche. It is a corn fungus referred to as Mexican truffle. It is a vile, unpleasant black mess served a lot of different ways in interior Mexico. I tried it once and will never again.

Tuna casserole

I’ll eat pretty much anything. Since my 20’s (and for the rest of my life I guess), about four or so times/year I get really bad mouth sores to prove it.

My wife won a gift card to a Greek restaurant. Not knowing what to order we went with the waiters suggestions. It was lamb of some kind. It was gross. I tried a lamb burger once @ the Athens Boathouse... I didn't like it either.

So LAMB is the worst meal ever,
