I'm looking for recommendations for an all inclusive 3-4 day trip for in Colorado. Fly fishing, wade and/or float.
Thanks

Well I'm sure you know the San Juan is just across the state line in NM south of Durango, CO. you wont be disappointed in the fishing there.

Yes the San Juan and other places in northern New Mexico would be great as well. We could build our own trip with hotels and restaurants but an all inclusive location would be nice.

Not Colorado but this place is supposed to be really nice. https://www.brushcreekranch.com/packages/fly-fishing-hunting-packages
You could fly into Laramie or it would be about a 4 ish hr drive from DIA.
Saratoga also has the ability to welcome jets at their air field if you charter. Just sayin'.

Some spots up around Jackson also that would allow flying directly into Jackson. Private waters and floats down the Snake etc.

The Rio Grande in and around South Fork, CO is a great area for a trip like you’ve described. Several outfitters and guides could build you a trip either wade, hike-in, or floating the Rio Grande. Lots of gold-medal waters through South Fork and Wagon Wheel Gap. You can also access Cebolla Creek via Slumgullion Pass just before you drop into Lake City. The Lake City area has numerous streams that hold tons of fish. Then, there is eleven mile and the dream stream. Plenty of great fishing in that area.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll see if I can locate something in those areas. Sounds like I may have to build my own package.

The North Platte up near Casper is known for nice trout and some reasonable float trips to be had.
Some all inclusive fly fishing up there as well with lodging, floating and private waters.

It is a haul up compared to S Colorado or N New Mexico though. You'd be driving by some nice fishing to get up there.

I would highly suggest looking at Glenwood Springs, a little touristy but the choice of rivers and the scenery are wonderful. The Roaring Fork at this time of year is a dry fly dream with plenty of public access from Glenwood up to Basalt and is easily waded. At Basalt you can access the Fryingpan which is known for great fishing all they way up to the Ruedi Dam and the famous "toilet bowl". From Glenwood go East on I 70 through the Glenwood Canyon beautiful drive and several places to pull off and fish. The Colorado at this time of year is gin clear and the fishing is at it's best, Grizzly Creek is a good starting point and there is a concrete bike path that goes East & West so the access is very good.

I would suggest you google for Orvis endorsed Lodges in CO. There are over 30 of them in 5 major river systems. If you want a true all inclusive trip - these are the best. Food, guides, fishing, on property fishing and more. Only thing you have to arrange is transportation to and from the lodge(s).

Also - highly recommend Falcon's Ledge in Altamont, UT. Near 5 star accommodations, great late summer fishing, good food, and I know several of the guides personally.
