Any off road launching options like Falcon? I doubt they’d let anyone, but I would think a person could launch off the old roadbed between SS and Huisache. I imagine, I’ll be fishing at Braunig for the next couple years, I’ve always wanted to be a freshwater red fisherman.  Time to get a kayak?   Boerne Lake?

I haven’t been out there in awhile, but last time I went there, I couldn’t get the boat off the trailer due to low water and angle of the ramp. It might have come up since then though, worth a look. I guess I could catch the Calaveras Brown Trout.
