I'm going ask these fools if they'll take a month in advance. Which is a complicated situation for them. I'm going to ask for a discount if I pay 6 months in advance. If they accept, they better know the taxes. What would happen if the place burned down or a contact breach.



It really pees me off getting emails saying they want money.

Had a house fire when I was young. Trailer house. My father thought I had died in the house. But I ran to the neighbors to call for help. He was headed into town. Forgot the reason.


I grabbed the water hose. Burnt my eyebrows off. Electric problems. The fire is visible to me and my Father's look when he saw me.

I show up at 10. Cashier check in hand.


And the rooster vacuums are closed. First day of the month. And they're not even in the office. Called them and voice mail. No return call.



Who does this? Do they not want my money???? My whole day is thrown off because these donkey rear ends.... Are F'ing closed.

There continues a matter of a refrigerator in my yard. Best guess. It no worky. It was replaced. There's a new one in the kitchen.



I told the rental company it was taking up space. Two days and it's the yard. Along with the rental sign.



Contact property. I'm not storing your maintenance over flow.

Life is difficult at times.

It's a horror show in the garage. As soon as I woke up. I went to go look. There's two cockroaches with legs in the air. Twitching.


Demon kills them slow. I'm going to back my ride out here in a bit. Inspect for more. Hopefully the two awaiting the long sleep are the only two I spotted earlier.


Two packs to half gallon. Twice as strong. All they gotta do is walk across any spot I sprayed.


There was 4 dissolve packs. I'll hit them again in a month.

The other day I noticed police flashlight marks on the front door. They really knocked hard. Left a half dozen dents in the door.


The previous guy, I'm guessing, was arrested. All his mail from bills to sensitive information kept filling the mail box. Like the guy dropped off Earth. Then it completely stopped after I took over the mail box.


My spider sense is telling me, I need to check the attic. You never know if the police missed something.


Here's the dents. The specks are blood like someone swatted a mosquito. On the outside of the door. Maybe one tried buzzing a cop so he beat the hell out the door to get it. The others are snail poop I gotta clean.

Maybe consider buying your own home? Renting is just throwing your money down the crapper

Oh my goodness. AC has been out going on day 2. Repairman came out today. Says the circuit board that controls the AC is trashed.


He has to get another green light to fix it.


I call the property management. Expressing that unless the AC is fixed. I'm getting a motel room because I'm not going to even try to sleep in 83-86° temps, if it's not fixed today. Asking where they'd like I turn in the invoice. They say nothing. 'They'll call me back'.

Ok. I'll give them an hour and I'll call them back.


I'm guessing they think I'm so low on the ghetto food chain. I won't make a renters insurance claim. A claim the insurance will go after them for.
