I miss my M16A2...fun to shoot...:) Now you just need to learn trigger control...oh and take out a bank loan for ammo...:) And pickup some spare internal trigger parts if you can and make sure they are FA parts, not AR parts. You can interchange some parts but not all. There is a difference in bolts so be aware of that which is why I said to get FA parts. The AR bolt will function but in semi-auto only. It is not cut right to allow the auto sear to work right....learned that the hard way.
You'd be surprised which springs in the trigger group will break. Now you can get a 9mm upper, a lower mag adapter and shot that as well...higher cyclic rate on 9mm.

I would be surprised grasshopper that uncle zeek paid 34K for the weapons. Most likely they are dealer samples or in the dealer vernacular, "demo's" which Class 3's can get to use to sell to PD's, etc. I could be wrong however. Been out of that world for a few years...:)
Now us poor average non dealer types will probably pay more than 25K for a M16A2...and that's probably on the low end nowadays.
