I imagine there are a lot of pro fishermen with good friends that know about Lake X, Y or Z.
The rule is you can't get information from them for some time period.


Anyone can get information from anyone with knowledge of a lake.
Unless Zaldain knows they are passing information he is making an accusation with no evidence behind it.
