I guide for catfish on Lake Fork. When not guiding, I sell homemade ice cream at different events. I do Canton every month, customer/employee appreciation events, grand openings and any other event that is cream is needed. The big trailer goes to Canton and really large events. I just built the smaller trailer for the smaller events where 200 cups or less are required. Thought yโ€™all might like my setups. [Linked Image]

I will be in Longview Friday right off the 599 exit for a grand opening at a used car dealership. Ice cream will be free to the public and also the food. 15000 FM 968 W Longview, Tx. Better get there before noon!
