Good point. Now would be a great time to bury the pipes for down spouts. It might cost more, but use smooth wall PVC vs corrugated. So much better for water travel and it will last your lifetime.

That's IF your going to do that.

Yes, agree. But no gutters needed. The overhangs will just let the rain run off. The rain justs sinks down in the sandy soil here.

Got the electricity installed, 4 200W UFO lights inside, 2 100W UFO lights under the camper awning and a motion floodlight. A bunch of outlets.

Next step will be the Garage Door (wrong color came in, had to re-order), and the dirt graded and then crushed concrete for the driveway and parking area.

More natural light and better security? Nice shop by the way. Would love to have one about half that size.

that's awesome. If I had something like that I'd never go in the house.

I'm very tall. (just kidding). Several folks that have these buildings say that it kind of hinders n'er do wells from peeking in to see what you have to steal. They still let in a lot of light and when they are open with the screens, let a lot of breeze flow through. They are underneath the overhangs so no rain comes in. The walls are 16' high, peak is 19'.

Now Bob, please keep your heavy machinery away from the new play house. The day after my shop was complete, dad took the tractor and started pulling up all the concrete surrounding it (for some unknown reason) and ran the backhoe end of it into the side of the building. Not even 24 hours later... bang Dementia, it's a biotch. Your mileage may vary.
