The land might be worth more without your trailer on it.

I probably didn’t do a good job of explaining this. There are about 6 or 7 other trailers, non family on the land already. Placed acquired around 1950 and over time some non family has moved into some of the trailers. So your family owns a trailer park and you have a trailer for sale.

Get a 30 yearb lease from the current land owners with a yearly increase, that is transferable. Then sell the trailer with lease that would be your best bet

There was a nice trailer at Walnut Creek , $95,000 for just the trailer , sitting on gov. land , too much money for a trailer .

I foresee a ton of legal issues related to that scenario. I'd figure a way to cut my losses and look elsewhere.

I’ll pay $777 each April to stay there for the month. At the first sign of Naders, I go to Winstar and seek shelter under the craps table.

That's the ticket... if it's such a great location for fishing and such, I would short-term rent the thing if the family is cool with it. That's the only way to take advantage of the location. Otherwise as has been said 20 times you have a trailer for sale the location is irrelevant they have no right to that location. Someone did mention maybe getting a long-term lease associated with the property that might change things a little. But you need a lawyer or someone smarter than these jabronies to sign off on that

It is just a singlewide with no land near a lake. The only value is the singlewide.
